Description:

CHARLES MANSON
(b.1934) Drifter whose "family" committed the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders in 1969. So far has eluded the gas chamber. D.S. adding his typical swastika, 2pp. 4to., [n.p., n.d., ca. 1995], a copy of a subpoena to Geffen Records to submit Guns 'n' Roses sales records. Manson adds beside his signature: "This is warped". Very good. The evidence requested in this subpoena would be used to recover monies paid to Manson by Geffen Records, which released a Manson song, "Look at Your Game, Girl", on the Guns 'N Roses' album, The Spaghetti Incident. Geffen eventually settled, paying a percentage of its sales to Bartek Frykowski, the son of one of Manson's victims, pursuant to a judment won by Frykowski in 1971.
