Good lot of nine items related to famed aviator Charles Lindbergh and his Spirit of St. Louis, includes: Seven sets of sheet music, each with appealing portrait images of Lindbergh, including 'The Spirit of St. Louis March' by Ralph H. Woods, ca. 1927; 'Monarch of the Air' by Millie Finan and Rose Cloutier, ca. 1927; 'Like an Angel You Flew Into Everyone's Heart' by Harry A. Stone, John McLaughlin, Jimmy McHugh, and Irving Mills, ca. 1927; 'Plucky Lindy's Lucky Day' by Charles Abbott and Dale Wimbrow, ca. 1929; 'Lindbergh (The Eagle of the U.S.A.)' by Howard Johnson and Al Sherman, ca. 1927; 'The Famous Lindbergh Song: Oh, Charlie is My Darling' by Irving Bibo, ca. 1927; and 'When Lindy Comes Home' by George M. Cohan, ca. 1927. Condition varies, yet some are quite worn. Sold with the June 4, 1927 issue of the 'Toledo News-Bee' newspaper, covering Lindberg's return from his flight, and an issue of the 'Japan Advertiser' titled 'An Account of the Visit to Japan of Col. and Mrs. Charles A. Lindbergh, August to September, 1931'.

Shipping

Shipments are sent via USPS Priority, USPS International Priority, FedEx and DHL (for most overseas shipments) or FedEx Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature is always required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling and shipping charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyers should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. International shipments are invoiced by DIMENSIONAL weight, not the item weight. Please contact us for an estimate before bidding NOTE: Large, heavy or bulky items may not be shipped by the auctioneer - arrangements for shipping of these items via a third-party shipper may be arranged through the auction house. Customers who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipments after receipt of payment due to the high volume of packages being shipped.
