A.L.S. 1p. 4to., London, Jan. 24, 1896, on letterhead of MacMillan & Co. to Mr. Ridein, likely concerning reminiscences of his famous father. In part: "…The article in 'Good Words' was suggested to me by the editor - whom I do not know personally - and was not my own idea. Had it been so I should certainly have offered it to you first. If I can 'reminisce' anything of a similar sort which strikes me as being worth having, you shall certainly have it...". Very good condition.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
