Israeli 1973 first day postal cover bearing two postage stamps showing Chagall's famous stained glass windows in Jerusalem, the stamps bearing a cancel honoring Hadassah, boldly signed by Chagall beneath the stamps. Verso of envelope bears masking tape at margins, undetectable from the front, otherwise fine. $100 - 150
