Bowen Brig Genl", 1p. 7" x 3 1/2", Vicksburg, June 1, 1863, a promissory note: "Due Major W. F. Haines three hundred 00/100 Dollars borrowed money. Same payable on demand. $800.00". Signature a bit brushed, bottom unevenly cut, still very good. $1,000-1,500
