Includes: telegram, Sept. 15, 1938 addressed to all ministers and others, dealing with new restrictions on those who may be granted exemption from military service; handwritten telegram, Dec. 19, 1934, from the Supreme Defense Commission stating that Mussolini orders drivers of cars belonging to governmental authorities to not use horns within the Rome city limits; a T.L.S. signed by Renzo Garrone, to the President of the Council of Ministers asking for clarification of the date of the next meeting, with a holograph notation initialed 'M' by BENITO MUSSOLINI; a second T.L.S. by Garrone, Nov. 5, 1934, from the Supreme Defense Commission, to the Minister of Colonies, Rome; a T.L.S., Mar. 1, 1925, from the Chief of Cabinet, Ministry of Public Works, Rome, to the President of the Council of Ministers; a letter signed by General Angiolini, with envelope and his calling card; a postcard, July 26, 1924, from an unidentified correspondent; a T.L.S., Jan. 6, 1942, from the Italian air attaché, to Gen. Hans Spiedel, in German congratulating him on his promotion to air general; a plain postcard, signed by General FRANCESCO ZOCCONI, Dec. 12, 1965, regarding a signature of Pope John XXIII which Zocconi is unable to supply; a visiting card signed by Gen. Sorabanch [?], July 23, 1944; two postcards to Roland Sensini, one signed by Gen. LUIGI TRIGONE; a T.L.S. by Gen.
