Good content draft typed letter (unsigned) with many revisions and corrections in Ben-Gurion's hand on State of Israel imprinted letterhead, 1p. 4to., Tel Aviv, July 22, 1951, in which he seeks to resolve working conditions in the government sector. The letter reads: "This is to certify the receipt of your letter of July 19, 1951. I have taken note of your communication that your committee will do everything possible to submit your conclusions during the month of August of this year. I already told you during our conversation that both the salaries of officials and the work conditions in government service need a thorough re-organization and reform. I hope that the committee will succeed in offering us a comprehensive solution that will deal fully with the problem at hand." Ben-Gurion's holograph corrections executed in pencil appear in bold.
