BATTLE OF THE BULGE WIRE PHOTOS
Good lot of ten period "War Pool" wire photos, each bearing paper descriptive labels with censor clearance on verso, size varies, generally 8" x 10", all concerning the winter, 1944 Battle of the Bulge. Subjects include dead American prisoners al Malmedy, Germansstripping American dead, the search for survivors of a crashed B-17, street scenes from Bastogne, captured Germans, etc. Some bear toned spots, else very good. From the estate of Col. Ernest "Tex" Lee, who served throughout the war as Eisenhower's Executive Officer and Aide de Camp. Lee joined Ike in June, 1941 and assisted in the planning of the invasions at Normandy and the ultimate defeat of Germany.

Shipping

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyer's should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
