A.L.S. on Boy Scouts letterhead, 1p. 4to., London, Oct. 14, 1931, to Mr. Vitalius, thanking him for writing and advising on the progress of Mr. West, in part: "...I am so glad to know that the operation was satisfactory...". Folds, a few stamped receiving dockets, else very good. Elaborately matted and framed with photo and biographical plaque. Very attractive, not examined out of frame. $100-150
