Fascinating D.S., 3pp. folio, Dallas Co., Texas, Sep. 11, 1889 wherein Cabell has been deposed and swears that he had been delivered a warrant for the arrest of. "...John Schadle, Harvey Arnold and two others... charged with robbing Texas & Pacific train at Ben Broeck, Texas... The robbery was on or about the 20th of September, 1887... placed him in jail here...' A scarce Confederate signature! Fine.
