BLYUKHER (1889 - 1938) Soviet marshal of theFar Eastern Army and hero of the civil war, arrested on bogus spy charges and was last seen a bloody pulp in the basement of NKVD headquarters. Typed D.S. 1p. 4to., Habarosk, May 25, 1932, marked "TopSecret", an official notice that the Third and Fourth Artillery Divisions have had a newly-appointed commanding officer. Signed in pencil at bottom, very good.
