A soldier writes his sister, in part: "...there are fifteen to twenty on the sick list... with the smallpox... a great deal of sickness in that camp ever sinceour landing here... we are to make a demonstration on Savannah in a very short time..." More camp news, and so on. A bit light, but legible.
