In part: "...I write to thank you for the bottle of Choice whiskey you left for me at the Carroll Hotel in Vicksburg and to congratulate you... on the dedication of the splendid memorial temple..." Moderate toning with two weak folds archivally reinforced on verso, with transmittal envelope.
