S.P., a carte-de-visite photograph, 2in x 3.5in showing Johnson in uniform, signed by him in the lower white mount: "R. W. Johnson B. Genl" On the verso he adds: 'With loveof your Bro. 'Dick'" indicating that this photograph was given to Johnson's brother or sister. Moderate soiling and wear, principally on recto, otherwise good condition. No backstamp.
