In part: "....I have just seen M. Brillon and have arranged ameeting for Monday morning at 11 o'clock at his house -- 29 Rue Lauristan. If this time is convenient to you, I will come and pick youup by car on Monday morning at 10:30 at the Sorbonne, or if you preferat home...". The year of our letter, the Curies were jointly awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics with Alexandre Becquerel for their discovery of radioactivity.
