D.S. 2pp. 8vo., Philadelphia, Oct. 10, 1779 Low and fellow merchant Alexander Foster undertake a five thousand pound claim against the State of New York for the seizure ofLow's sloop "Sally" in Providence by General John Sullivan for service to the United States. Signed by Low and Foster at conclusion. Folds starting, otherwise very good.
