Interesting T.L.S. 3pp. with a one page attachment, 4to., Washington, Jan. 2, 1900 concerning the refusal of apermit to the Commercial Cable Co. to lay a telegraph cable from Florida to Cuba. The letter goes into detail concerning Western Union's "fraudulent" monopoly over telegraph transmissions to and fromCuba. Interesting reading. Very good.
