WALKER (1832 - 1919) American physician and reformer and reformer, awarded a Medal of Honor which was later rescinded, knowing for her wearing of men's apparel and other eccentricities. A.Q.S. on a 3in x 2in card which reads in full: "The salvation of this country demands that a man take the place of the boyTeddy! Mary E. Walker M.D." She is likely referring to Theodore Roosevelt. Very good.
