"Louis Mountbatten" 2pp 8vo., [n.p.], July 26, 1922 to Sir Percy thanking him for sending : "..a shooting stick for a wedding present....I have been so rushed witharrangements that I have only just now been able to start thanking formy wedding presents..." Usual folds, otherwise fine. Offered with a T.L.S. 1p., 8vo., London, Aug. 6, 1937 to a man thanking him for "...thetremendous trouble you have taken to give me a key to your interestingpicture `The Nation's Homage'...I forgot up to now to make the necessary arrangements for you to paint a Royal Marine in full dress as I think we agreed that we were going to have Royal Marines lining this part of the route...Thank you so much for your kind esquires about my polo accident. I dislocated my right shoulder and cannot write very easily yet, but am getting on very well..." Very lightly toned at left margin, otherwise fine.
