Scarce manuscript D.S. "JohnStark", 1p. folio, Powlett, Apr. 6, 1795, a lengthy report of a land survey undertaken by surveyor Isaac Andrews, likely on behalf of the Town of Powlett. Signed by Stark as a member of a 'Committee'. Mounted, with minor loss at fold junctions affecting only a few wordsof text, otherwise very good.
