[ Autographs ] HINDENBURG DISASTER A printed postcard depicting the interior of the Hindenburg's dining room said to have been recovered from the airship when it burned at Lakehurst, N.J. on May 6, 1937. The postcard bears evidence of fire with approximately one-third of the card missing and the edges charred. Accompanied by a photograph measuring 3in x 2.5in showing a close-up of the burning wreckage. Condition is very good to fine considering the circumstances.
