Weedon" 2pp. folio, Spotsylvania County, Va., Dec. 13, 1791, in which Weedon, as a magistrate, certifies on a contract to pay a debt that payment was not received. Light staining affecting bottom of signature, fold wear and some chipping at margins affecting no text, good to very good.
