Alexander's executive officer of Longstreet's artillery at Gettysburg and directed the intense artillery barrage that preceded Pickett's charge. D.S. 1p. 8vo., Roanoke, Oct. 25, 1887; as General Manager of the Norfolk & Western railroad Co., Huger approves a payment for damages apparently caused by an engine fire. Fine.
