Fine content T.L.S. 1p. 4to. on Woman's ChristianTemperance Union letterhead, Chicago, Nov. 25, 1896, addressed to thebody of the United States Senate. In part: "...The undersigned, in behalf of the National Convention of the Woman Christian temperance Union... representing two hundred thousand women... earnestly petition your honorable body to pass a bill forbidding Interstate Gambling by telegraph...' Signed by Willard as President, and co- signed by Katherine Stevenson.
