Exiled to America by the Bourbons and blamed by Napoleon for his loss at Waterloo. Scarce A.L.S. "M. Cte de Grouchy" while in exile, 1p. 8vo., Brandywine, Apr. 24 [n.y.], in French asking his correspondent to handle some important financial transactions with a banker in St. Petersburg.
