"Andrew Jackson" as President, 1p. folio, Washington, Oct. 1, 1830, a military commission issued to Thomas Blagden appointing him Captain of Infantry in the Militia of the District of Columbia. Co-signed by JOHN H. EATON as Secretary of War. Fine condition, with a large, dark signature.
