The signers include Harry Truman as President , Dwight D. Eisenhower, Carl Spaatz, Hoyt S Vandenburg, Leslie R. Groves, Omar N. Bradley, Robert Eichelburger, and J. S. Surles. A fine association of names, two Presidents and Commanders-in-Chief and six important military figures. Very good condition, with torn dust jacket.
