Partly-printed D.S. 'Victoria' as Queen, 1p folio, Court of St. James, May 31, 1869, an appointment of John Spicer to be an 'Officer in Our Cavalry'. With blind-embossed royal seals, vertical folds, otherwise fine. Matted.
