[ Autograph ] Thomas A. Edison Original blueprint, 15in x 20in, a contemporary, working copy of the blueprint showing Edison's dynamo in a side view as it was installed at the Central Station at 257 Pearl Street in New York. Side views of the feeders are also shown, along with a bank of light bulbs on the floor above the generator. The plan is dated March 15, 1882, the year when Edison first introduced his lighting system to a major city, and this plan was not doubt used in the construction of that system. A historic piece of Edison ephemera,minor edge wear otherwise fine condition.
