D.S. lp. sm. folio, Albany, July 6 , 1971, a partly-printed State of New York Executive Chamber Senate Bill No. 5703 which amends the public health law in respect tothe registration of physicians' assistants, signed at bottom, with the actual stylused pen with Rockefeller's name inscribed thereon which was used to sign the bill. The pen is attached to the document with a blue ribbon, all encased in a simple frame. Fine.
