Instructions are given that all facilities are to be draped in mourning with Gen. Grant responsible for carrying the order into effect. Many gunfire salutes are also ordered, with a 36 gun salute at the close of the day following the reading of this order. Two file holes in left margin, otherwise fine. Scarce.
