Truman honors: "...Colonel General Sergei Ivanoff, Third Ukrainian Army Group, Red Army displayed exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services, contributing materially to the success of the combined operations in Europe..." Boldly signed in brown ink. Sold with the original Legion of Merit certificate with colorful embossed seal and signed by Secretary of War Robert P. Patterson and the Adjutant General of the Army. Both items in fine condition.
