It bears prints of all ten fingers, as well as the war criminal’s title as “State Administrator and Lawyer”, birth date, address, date of capture, physical description, and distinguishing traits: “Lame left leg and limp”. It is signed “Dr. Arthur Seyss-Inquart” at center-right. Fine condition. Seyss-Inquart was being held at the prisoner-of-war camp in the Palace Hotel of Mondorf-les-Bains, Luxembourg, code named "Camp Ashcan". "CCPWE #32" is an abbreviation for the “Central Continental Prisoner of War Enclosure #32.” Operating from May to August 1945, it served as a processing station and interrogation center for the 86 most prominent surviving Nazi leaders prior to their trial in Nuremberg, including Hermann Goring and Karl Donitz.
