1253. HENRY H. "HAP" ARNOLD (1886-1950) American general, commander of the Army Air Force through most of World War II, instituting the daylight bombing raids on Germany. Very early I.S.P., 7" x 6 1/2" b/w showing Arnold standing with another officer, Sacramento, 1931, inscribed and signed "Maj. Arnold" and signing for "Maj. Willing" as well. Contrast just fair against dark background, else very good. $150-200
