Eisenhower, issued to officers leading large groups of soldiers urging them to surrender their entire commands and promising fair treatment; a sarcastic " Watch On the Rhine" leaflet citing German surrenders and urging quick surrender, and closing "For the population left on the Rhine and 1, 063,292 German soldiers the war is over.. "; and an order by the military occupation government of Germany to citizens to adhere to the rules of occupation. Three pieces.
