A nice pairing of two typed D.S.'s, 2pp. 4to., Oslo, Feb. 1925, not translated, but on USSR Norway Delegation letterhead, and includes a permit to allow Norwegian ships to fish in the territorial waters of Russia. Boldly signed on verso of each as Ambassador. Torn file holes to left margin, light chipping to edges, overall very good condition. Two pieces.
