A BOOK FROM REINHARD HEYDRICH'S LIBRARY
REINHARD HEYDRICH (1904 - 1942) "The Hangman", Nazi head of the dreaded SS and architect of the "Final Solution", his assassination in Prague caused a retribution of the destruction of Lidice and murder of many of its inhabitants. A rare volume from his library, English author Janet Taylor Caldwell's work Einst wird kommen der Tag (Once the Day Will Come), 930pp. hardbound with rust linen boards, translated into German and published in 1940 by Paul Verlag. Bears Heydrich's personal SS bookplate on inside cover. Boards quite loose, light spotting to cover, otherwise very good.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyer's should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
