First edition, 382pp. in blue cloth with silver title on spine and silver decoration on front board. Photograph of the 'Welcome Home Parade' for the 369th on lining papers. Inscribed and signed on the half-title page, Jan. 27, 1938. Lacks dust jacket, spine bit rubbed and soiled. Arthur W. Little, a white officer, served with the regiment in World War I as a major in command of First Battalion. He later became colonel in command of the 369th.
