(1876 - 1956) German field marshal who led an assault on France, commanded Army Group North in the Russian campaign, sacked for challenging Hitler's military competence. War-date S.P. 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" b/w, a Hoffmann close-up of the general in uniform, signed and adding rank as Field Marshall. Very good .
