PRESIDENT...AND CABINET MEMBERS
A group of four items by prominent politicians, includes: JAMES E. CARTER, S.P. 6" x 8" b/w, an image taken from a magazine, boldly signed "Jimmy" in blue ink; WILLIAM M. EVARTS, A.L.S. on Senate letterhead, 3pp. 8vo., Washington, Apr. 9, 1886, to Reginald H. Williams on the death of the latter's father; JOHN FORSYTH, partly-printed D.S. 1p. 4to., Washington, Ma. 2, 1838, certifying that an Act of Congress regarding that a copy "abatement of suits and actions now pending..." is a true copy. Moderate offsetting to right edge, small hole at bottom margin lightly affects signature; and JOHN ALSOP, manuscript D.S. 1p. oblong 8vo., a receipt dated June 5, 1752. Four items, overall very good.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyer's should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
