MARK CLARK
(1896 - 1984) American Army general, commanded the landings at Salerno and Anzio against the forces of Kesselring. Pair of inscribed b/w portrait photographs, each 8" x 10", the first by Mark W. Clark (1896-1984) with six lines in his hand, dated at Italy June 14, 1945. The second by JONATHAN M. WAINWRIGHT (1883-1953), adding his rank. Both very good .
