LEONID BREZHNEV
(1906 - 1982) Soviet leader who engineered the ouster of Khrushchev, chairman of the Presidium, and established the Brezhnev Doctrine entitling the Soviet Union to interfere in affairs of Warsaw Pact countries. Fine S.P. 7" x 9 1/2" b/w, shows Brezhnev giving a speech, boldly signed in marker at bottom blank bottom. Bottom right corner bears a tiny fold, one small fold to right edge, very good condition.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
