(1857 - 1935) Pioneering Russian scientist and rocket designer who laid out the basic principles of modern space flight. A.L.S. 2pp. 8vo., [n.p.], 1891, in Russian, untranslated. Dampstain affects 30% of the recto, and left and lower-right margins of verso, signature bold and unaffected. Even toning overall. Worthy of further reserch. With letter of authenticity issued by the International Charitable Foundation for Support of Russian Cosmonauts.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
