FRANK STURGIS (1912 - 1993) American CIA operative and spy, a former close associate of Castro who became disillusioned with the Cuban leader and undertook several attempts to assassinate him, helped to plan the Bay of Pigs invasion, widely-rumored to have been involved in the Kennedy assassination, arrested with the other "plumbers" at the Watergate Hotel. Typed D.S. "Frank Sturgis" which is also initialed four times, 4pp. 4to., [n.p.], July 18, 1993, a "Legal Service Agreement" between Sturgis’ friend Robert W. Morgan and attorney Joel deFabio in which Morgan agrees to fees payable to deFabio for his services "...investigating the law and the facts relevant to the disposition of that certain confidential information and documentation provided by me...", and further appointing Sturgis to represent him should Morgan be incommunicado. Initialed by all three parties on each page, with full signatures at conclusion. Fine. Morgan, a writer and researcher, was introduced to anti-Castro Cuban guerillas and drug traffickers by Sturgis.
