Captain, General, Governor & Commander in Chief of the Province of New Jersey and Territories thereon depending in America. making payment to the Sergeant at Arms of the Council of the Colony. Countersigned by Charles Read, New Jersey Acting Chief Justice upon the death of Robert Morris, and a defector to the British during the Revolutionary War. Mounting strip on left margin away from text, some light foxing.
