Setting the goal that every student must be a proficient reader by 3rd grade If you were President how would you handle the Bosnia situation? uncertain How are you going to stop illegal immigrants from entering Texas? Insist that the federal government provide more manpower and equipment along the border...". Much more. Sold with a T.L.S. from Bush's communications director Karen Hughes (who stayed on with him into his presidency" transcribing his answers for the student as "his handwriting is not the best...".
