'Geo Read', 1p. 8vo., Delaware, June 30, 1784, a warrant from the Court of Appeals, in part: '...Issue copies to William Boyce late of New Castle County to answer to Edward Wahol of a plea that lender him twenty four pounds and ten shillings in gold and silver...which to him he owes and unjustly detained.' Slight paper loss at bottom corners, and light damp stain, else fine.
