"Frederic Guillaume R" 1p. sm. folio, Berlin, Apr. 24, 1846, in German to Ferdinand II, King of Two Sicilies. A black-bordered letter of state sadly informing him of the death of "...the Princess Marie Anne Amelie, nee Princess of Hesse-Hombourg, wife of my dear uncle, His Royal Highness, Prince William of Prussia...". With original envelope, very good condition.
