Fine vintage I.S.P. 4" x 6" b/w, showing Fairbanks in a full-length in uniform during his time in the Navy during World War II, inscribed: "To Dr. Alfred Kaiser from an old war-time sailor-friend good luck Douglas Fairbanks". Along with a T.L.S., 1p. 4to., New York, Dec. 18, 1989, in part: "...It was certainly kind of you to send me the old photo of our WWII days in the Navy - and if you should still have the negative yes, I would like having a copy of it..."
