CONDUCTORS
A pair of items by notable musicians, the first PAUL WHITEMAN (1890-1967) Popular American orchestral leader; he was dubbed the King of Jazz in the 1920s and early 30s, an original pencil head and shoulders portrait of the bandleader by one J. Delanty on an 8vo. sheet, 1940. Boldly signed at bottom right and very good. With JOHN WILLIAMS (b. 1932) American conductor and composer of numerous famous film scores, bold A.M.Q.S. penned on a sheet of musical paper, 1p. 4to., the first two bars from the "Star Wars" theme, boldly signed. Two pieces, very good.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
